Tradewinds Escrow opened its doors for business in 1987 with its first location in Redondo Beach and has since relocated to Torrance. We are one of only a few independent escrow companies left in the South Bay and are licensed under the Department of Business Oversight. We have one individual owner, Michael Wuerth, and are not operated by a Broker or title company.
We at Tradewinds Escrow strive for excellence in all our escrows. We have a combined staff of over 30 people with an average of 20 years experience. All of our escrows are handled with a personal touch and yet are maintained in a professional manner.
Tradewinds Escrow has the most advanced automated equipment available in the industry allowing us to give our clients the most complete service possible. Escrow documentation is available via e-mail or fax to clients from the escrow officer’s desktop and closed files can be retrieved in an instant. Along with our up to date voice mail system, email, and multiple notaries, Tradewinds Escrow is poised to accommodate our clients at each stage of the escrow process.
